Short version: we use the absolute minimum. No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No third-party data brokers. Just what is needed to stop spam and serve the site.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be used to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, or track your behaviour across sites.
We use very few cookies, and none of them track you across the web.

03Third-party services
Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies or local storage:

Google reCAPTCHA v3 sets
_GRECAPTCHAto determine whether a form submission is human. It runs on every page with a form (Contact, Apply, and Referral forms). Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. - Google Fonts may log font requests for analytics on Google's side. Google does not set cookies for this, but your IP address is visible to their servers. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
- Cloudflare sets cookies for security and traffic filtering. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy applies.
- AI tools. We may use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to help review applications. These tools do not run in your browser and do not set cookies.
- Cal.com. When you click through to our booking link, Cal.com sets its own cookies and stores the details you enter (name, email, notes) on its own platform. Cal.com's Privacy Policy applies.
04No marketing cookies
We do not use advertising, remarketing, or tracking cookies. We do not share any cookie data with advertisers or data brokers. If you see an ad for Matchbox Talent somewhere on the internet, it is not because we targeted you. We do not run paid ads.
05Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View the cookies stored on your device.
- Delete specific cookies or all cookies.
- Block cookies from specific sites.
- Block all third-party cookies.
